One could say the trucking industry is in Nicole's blood as she is the fourth generation in trucking. Beginning with her great grandfather and continuing on through her grandfather and father, Nicole now carries on in the Rodriguez family tradition of working with big rigs.

Nicole is a Registered Nurse by trade, having earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from East Central University in Ada/Ardmore, OK. Nicole has practiced medicine in numerous fields during her career developing a strong passion for advocacy, education, care coordination and professionalism.
Nicole is process driven, finding solutions that result in excellent outcomes, transferring her invaluable skills gained in previous career fields into her new found love and passion for trucking and transportation.

Nicole has an extensive background in process flow development and implementation, communication, and customer service with a special knack for extreme attention to detail and “connecting the dots.”
​
As a driver’s wife over more than a decade Nicole naturally became passionate about advocating for the driver’s experience, overall treatment, and understanding that a driver is what pushes our nation forward. Nicole has a strong desire not to be just another CEO title but has the drive to be immersed in every aspect of her company, striving to become a subject matter expert in the daily operations and in supporting not only her customers, but most importantly, her drivers. Nicole takes pride in always remembering that with each driver there is a family behind them, a support system, and someone that cares for them.

Nicole has a strong background in customer service and desire to serve to the best of her ability; Nicole doesn't believe in the bare minimum being the expectation. Nicole isn’t afraid to hop in the truck with her husband, Daryl, and hit the road running. She is known to hop up on the trailer to tarp, chain, or strap a load with a smile on her face knowing the job well done is benefiting the customer and helping the driver with an extra pair of hands.

Nicole is also a homeschool mom and supports her son’s love for soccer as team soccer mom for the local hometown league, and loves to take road trips in her spare time.
