Day 2

Day 2 Virago Transport LLC update....

Daryl hasn't kicked me off the truck yet I'm a pretty good travel buddy so that's a plus!

First night sleeping in a truck stop was a success. Spent the night at Joplin 44 Petro. I was awakened suddenly thinking someone hit our truck in the middle of the night only to realize it was Daryl aggressively turning over on the top bunk in his sleep (I took bottom so I don't fall off the top and incur an occ/acc filing) I'm sad to report no lot lizard activity (I'm still fascinated by them after all these years)

Had a great breakfast to start the day, met a nice gentleman and his wife at a truck stop and are still on our way to WI for our first delivery.

Truck is holding up great so far! No major issues.

Rockin' n rollin' through St. Louis, went through our first weigh station with flying colors and no DOT officers followed us which means Daryl Selby miraculously filed all of our regulatory requirements correctly

Already booked for our next load from West Allis, WI headed to Duluth, MN for a delivery on Thursday.

Our next challenge will be to find a long haul load for the weekend

Sure missing my boy, definitely not used to being away from him this much, but the sacrifices made now are setting us up *hopefully* for our future! Shout out to Sammy Rodriguez and Derek A Goff for keeping things going on the home front while we bust out humps to make that money.
